Refund policy

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS 

- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me and we will find a solution.   

- For Returns the buyer must send me a email within 14 days of receiving the item and ship item back within 30 days of delivery  ​ 

- All refunds will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  ​ 

- Shipping fees are not refundable, only the item price.  ​ 

- The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items for either a refund or an exchange.   

- For Cancellations the buyer must send me an email within 2 days informing about the cancellation decision.     

The following items can't be returned!  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: 

- Custom  or personalised orders 

- Items on sale 

- Items made to order
