 We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them because the shipping service depends of your national custom and mail.  Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.  ​

- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

- For Returns the buyer must send me a email within 14 days of receiving the item and ship item back within 30 days of delivery  ​ 

- All refunds will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Shipping costs are not refundable, only the item price.  ​ 

- The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items for either a refund or an exchange.   

- For Cancellations the buyer must send me an email within 2 days informing about the cancellation decision.
