1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Looping Home website (loopinghome.com) and the purchase of products available therein. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Looping Home is owned and operated by Ana Paula Gonçalves, NIF 203378784, located at Foros da Fonte Seca, Caixa Postal 638, 7170-102 Redondo, Évora, Portugal.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Looping Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@loopinghome.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent. Made to order items are not returnable and refundable. 

6. Customs and Import Taxes   

Orders sent outside Portugal may be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. 

We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government website prior to purchase.

7. Warranty and Liability

Looping Home guarantees that all products are free from defects at the time of delivery. In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and graphic elements, is the property of Looping Home and is protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Évora, Portugal. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
